Later, it evolved into a news website and began carrying a small amount of advertising. Focused on products and services for the RIB Industry, it covered my travel and boating costs. Adventures followed, taking me mostly to European countries, particularly one of my favourites, Italy. The Italian Rib scene rivalled that of the UK, but their boats at that time were more suited to the alleged sedate waters of the Mediterranean and Adriatic.
